I’m Shawn. I have a background in professional organizing, mindful productivity, and a decade in software engineering. I’ve spent years obsessed with one question: why do things make perfect sense on paper — and fall apart in real life?
Started from zero with an instrument to performing on stage with a band. Led bicycle tours through Italy and France for two seasons. Backpacked in my 40s through Mexico, Thailand, and Europe. Left a decade of solopreneurship to become a software engineer for 10 years.
The middle part is always sticky. My overactive head goes into overdrive — who am I to do that? Too old, too unqualified, too fill-in-the-blank — until you’ve almost convinced yourself the thing isn’t possible.
